The Canadian Feminist Alliance for International Actions (FAFIA), alongside the Indian Act Sex Discrimination Working Group has filed a brief with Indigenous Services Canada on the Government of Canada’s plans to table a new amendment to the Indian Act in the late fall of 2022.
